The Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) on Saturday released the list of its central office bearers. Baijayant Panda has been re-appointed as the National Vice President of the party for the third time.

BJP National President JP Nadda released the list of the central office bearers of the party.

It is pertinent to mention here that Panda was inducted as the National VP for the first time during the tenure of Amit Shah as the party President. Panda was reappointed in 2022 by JP Nadda. This is the third time he has been appointed to the same position of the party.

Apart from Panda, the senior BJP leader from Odisha, 12 other leaders were also appointed as BJP National Vice-Presidents.

Tariq Mansoor, MLC and former Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Vice-Chancellor, has been appointed as BJP Vice-President. Mansoor is a Pasmanda Muslim.

Former Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay and Rajya Sabha MP Radha Mohan Agrawal have been inducted as National General Secretaries.

Other General Secretaries are Arun Singh, Kailash Vijayvargiya, Dushyant Kumar Gautam, Tarun Chugh, Vinod Tawade and Sunil Bansal.

Anil Antony, son of veteran Congress leader A K Antony, has also been brought in as a national secretary. Anil had left the Congress earlier this year and joined the ruling party.

The fresh overhaul came weeks after BJP appointed new state presidents in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Punjab and Jharkhand.
