Road Accident
At least seven persons were killed in a tragic road mishap at Chandikhol Neulpur on NH-16 in Jajpur district in the wee hours on Saturday.

Sources said that the incident occurred at 5 am when a mini-truck coming from West Bengal rammed into a stationary truck near Central bank at Neulpur. The truck was reportedly lying there after meeting with an accident.
While six persons died on the spot, another succumbed en route to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.

All the deceased hailed from Matia police limits in North 24 Parganas of West Bengal.
