3 Odia labourers die in Hyderabad in roof centering collapse

The roof centering of an under-construction building collapsed in Hyderabad killing three Odia labourers working on the project.

Three other labourers were also injured in the mishap.

The deceased have been identified as Santu Badanayak, Sonia Kalam and Sonia Badanayak. They all hailed from Badapada village under Malkangiri’ Bonda Ghat area.

As per reports, the workers were engaged in construction a five-storey building, when the centering works of the roof collapsed on them killing them on the spot.

Injured labourers were rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment where their health condition is stated to be critical.

No comments from the police or from the administration have been received in this connection.
