The Odisha government on Sunday notified a major reshuffle in the IAS cadre transferring several top officials to new positions.

Titilagarh sub-collector Somesh Kumar Upadhyay was transferred and posted as PD, DRDA, Malkangiri.
P. Anvesha Reddy (2017 batch IAS) was transferred and posted as PD, DRDA, Mayurbhanj. He is currently working as Sub-Collector of Baripada with additional charge of Executive Officer, Baripada Municipality.
Presently working as Sub-Collector of Dharamgarh, Divakara T.S, 2017 batch officer was posted as Officer on Special Duty of Odisha Computer Application Centre.
Isalwar Gaurav Shivaji was appointed as Sub-Collector of Khordha after his return from Phase-II training.
Agarwal Akshay Sunil, the 2019 batch officer was posted as Sub-Collector of Nabarangpur following his return from Phase-II training.
Anya Das (2019 batch IAS) was appointed as Sub-Collector of Baripada after her Phase-II training. Similarly, Aditya Goyal, Mahajan Manoj Satyawan, Pawar Sachin Prakash of the same bath officers have been appointed as the Sub-Collector of Kuchinda, Sub-Collector of Titlagarh and Sub-Collector of Dharamgarh respectively after completion of Phase II training.
