Face of WION, Palki Sharma Upadhyay quits

Anchor and host of one of the popular news show Gravitas, Palki Sharma Upadhyay has quit WION (World Is One), according to reports.

Palki Sharma Upadhyay was also the Managing Editor of WION. Palki Will Be hosting the last episode of Gravitas tonight.

As per reports, Palki announced her resignation from the channel in a meeting at around 2PM today.

Taking to Twitter senior journalist Vir Sanghvi wrote “A great loss to WION & a huge coup for whichever channel lands her”

Currently, WION has its branches in more than 35 cities throughout the world. The organisation is currently accessed over 4 billion connected devices globally and is extending its influence in 190 countries spanning Africa, Europe, Russia, the USA, South America, and the APAC region.
