Cuttack Man Alleges Harassment By Wife, Her Boyfriend

A resident of Cuttack city has leveled serious allegations of infidelity against his wife while accusing her of torturing him with the help of her boyfriend.

One Mohit Sharma of Cuttack CDA area has now sought the intervention of Markat Nagar Police seeking justice in this case.

Mohit has stated in his complaint that he came across one Sonali Das through Facebook and slowly their bonding became stronger after regular online meetings and messaging before eventually turning into marriage.

But after their wedding, Mohit alleges that his wife had shot an obscene video with another youth whom she claimed to be her boyfriend and sent the footage to him while threatening to post it on social media.

On the one hand, while Mohit has accused his wife of frequently harassing him by blackmailing to tarnish his image, Sonali has also brought counter allegations of torture against him.

In a complaint at the Mahila Police Station, Sonali has said that after marriage, Mohit has been regularly harassing and demanding money from her. She further alleged that once he asked Rs 15 lakh from her to open a business but when she refused, he threatened to eliminate her.

Meanwhile, after the filing of the complaint and counter-allegations, the duo is being separately counselled at Mahila Police Station.
