Odisha RAW officer jumps to death from office building in Delhi

An officer of the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) allegedly died by suicide after jumping from the 10th floor of the intelligence agency’s south Delhi office on Monday.

According to sources, the deceased, identified as Aniket Kumar, hailed from Cuttack. He took the extreme step soon after reaching office in the morning.

Sources said Kumar was under stress and police are trying to find out the exact reasons behind the alleged suicide. "He died on the spot and initial investigation suggests that he was suffering from depression," a police official told IANS.

The post-mortem will be conducted today.
