The members of the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) Association of Mayurbhanj district on Tuesday joined duty wearing black badges as a mark of protest against the alleged misbehaviour of Union Minister Bishweswar Tudu.

It is alleged that the Union Minister abused Rudra Narayan Mohanty, president of the OAS Association and additional collector of Mayurbhanj, during a meeting at the Bhadrak Circut House on October 9.

Terming the alleged misbehaviour of the Union Minister as unacceptable, the members of the association today held a meeting and strongly condemned the language used by Tudu.

"A meeting of our OAS Association was held today protesting the behaviour of the Minister. We strongly protest and condemn it. We will send a resolution in this regard to all those concerned where it should be sent," said Rudra Narayan Mohanty.

The Union Minister could not be contacted for his comments over the allegations leveled by the members of the OAS Association.
