The same goes for Lady IAS officers who not only handle their offices effortlessly but also celebrate festivals with much fervour and gaiety. 

The same was seen recently during the 'Karwa Chauth' celebration which is celebrated by married Hindu women. Here we have listed a few top women administrators who effortlessly manage both festival and duty:

IAS Tina Dabi

2015 UPSC topper Tina Dabi recently celebrated her first Karwa Chauth, after her marriage to fellow officer Pradeep Gawande. She was even seen wearing mehendi on her hand especially done for the festival. The Jaisalmer Collector celebrated the festival but at the same time attended many events in the district.

IPS Navjot Simi

2018 batch IPS officer Navjot Simi, who married IAS Tushar Singla, also celebrated the Karwa Chauth festival. However, due to their professional commitments, the couple was not together on the festive. However, they celebrated the festival together online. They shared pictures of their celebration on social media. 

Navjot Simi had 2015 batch IAS officer Tushar Singla on February 14, 2020. 

IAS Preeti Maithil Nayak 

IAS Preeti Maithil Nayak celebrated the festival in a traditional way. She donned a beautiful green saree. Her husband SP Tarun Nayak was also looking dashing in a black colored kurta pajama. Nayak shared several beautiful photos on social media celebrating the Karwa Chauth festival.
