Gho Gho Raja, a programme held at Grand Bazaar, Nakhara, with an aim to revive the age-old festival of Raja and bring its lost charm back, brought unlimited fun for the denizens of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack for three consecutive days as part of Raja celebrations.

Apart from swings, girls also enjoyed various kinds of cakes and Raja pana (stuffed betel cones) which are very much associated with Raja. Besides, a special game zone was created at Grand Bazaar for kids’ amusement. That’s not all.  Erection of different shop stalls added zing to festival fervour. Also, entertainment programmes were held for the enjoyment of girls and kids.

Promoter of Grand Bazaar Subhash Gupta said, “Grand Bazaar has worn a festive look because of Raja celebrations. People have got a destination where they can come with their families and do shopping apart from enjoying festivals and merrymaking under a roof.”

At the same programme, Managing Director, Odisha Television Limited, Jagi Mangat Panda announced popular Ollywood actress Archita Sahu as the brand ambassador of Tarang.
