West Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2024: Apply for 3317 Posts, Check Details 

The West Central Railway, Jabalpur, has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment 3317 apprentice positions. 

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website at wcr.indianrailways.gov.in. 

The application process began on August 5 and will remain open until September 4, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the position, candidates must have passed Class 10th examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with at least 50% marks (no rounding off), from a recognised board. 

For the Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology & Radiology) trades, candidates should have passed the 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, along with a National Trade Certificate from NCVT/SCVT.

Age Limit

Applicants should be between 15 to 24 years of age as of August 5, 2024. However, there is an upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared from the average marks obtained in the 10th class examination and ITI/Trade marks. The merit list will include all eligible candidates, including those applying for the Medical Laboratory Technician trade.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs 141 for all candidates, while SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and women candidates are required to pay Rs 41.
