The West Central Railway has announced vacancies for the post of Technical Supervisors (Construction/Works) in junior and senior levels under its jurisdiction. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies online before March 17, 2022.

Senior Technical Associate (STA) (Construction/Works): 10 posts
Junior Technical Associate (JTA) (Construction/Works): 10 posts

Educational Qualification

Senior Technical Associate (Construction/Works): The candidate should have completed four years Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or four years degree in a combination of any sub stream of Basic streams of Civil Engineering.

Senior Technical Associate (Construction/Works): Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or B. Sc. in Civil Engineering of three years duration or a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Civil Engineering or Educational qualification for Senior Technical Associate (Construction/Works).

Age Limit

Senior Technical Associate (Construction/Works): 21 to 35 years
Junior Technical Associate (Construction/Works): 18 to 33 years

Note: There is a relaxation of five years for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC-NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

Application Fee: Rs 500 for candidates in the general category while Rs 250 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women/Minorities and Economically Backward Classes.

Duration: The contract engagement will be for a maximum period of one year or availability of regular selected candidates or completion of the project, or validity of the scheme of contract appointment of STA/JTA, whichever is earlier.

Selection Procedure: The selection will be made through Screening. In case of a large number of applicants, screening may be held for more than 1 day, read the official notification of West Central Railway.
