UPSC Recruitment: Check All Revised Dates Of Exams To Be Held In 2021

While several exams are being postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UPSC has released details of the revised exam dates to avoid confusion among the candidates

UPSC Recruitment 2021

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) usually holds several examinations throughout the year. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, several exams have been postponed, delayed or application submission dates extended. 

All these postponements and extensions have created a lot of confusion among the candidates. Meanwhile, UPSC has released its revised exam programme for this year.

Reserved for UPSC RT for the posts of EO/AO in the EPFO: 05.09.2021

Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2021: 10.10.2021

Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2021 through CS(P) Examination 2021: 10.10.2021

Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2021: 18.07.2021 Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2021: 08.08.2021

Combined Medical Services Examination, 2021: 21.11.2021

N.D.A. & N.A. Examination (II), 2021: 14.11.2021

Reserved for UPSC RT/ Examination: 19.09.2021

Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2021: 07.01.2022

Engineering Services (Main)) Examination, 2021: 21.11.2021 

C.D.S. Examination (II), 2021: 14.11.2021

Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2021: 27.02.2022

S.O./Steno (GD-B/GD-I) LDCE: 11.12.2021 Reserved for UPSC RT/ Examination: 19.12.2021 

The commission further alerted that Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2021 will be conducted on 7, 8, 9, 15 & 16 January, 2022, while Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2021 will commence on 27.02.2022 and will continue for 10 days till 08.03.2022. 

Importantly, a release of UPSC read, "The dates of notification, commencement and duration of Examinations/ RTs are liable to alteration, if the circumstances so warrant."
