The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) has officially commenced the registration process for the UPSC Indian Forest Service and Civil Services examination 2024 on February 14, 2024.
Individuals interested in applying for examination can submit their applications through the UPSC's official website at upsc.gov.in.
The deadline for submitting applications is set for March 5, 2024. A correction window will be available from March 6 to March 12, 2024.
The examination is scheduled to take place on May 26, 2024.

Educational Qualification
A candidate must hold a Graduate degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification.
Age Limit
To be eligible, a candidate should be at least 21 years old but not more than 32 years old as of August 1, 2023. In other words, the candidate's birth date should fall between August 2, 1991, and August 1, 2002.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 100 for all candidates, while there is no fee for SC/ST/Female & PwBD. Payment can be made through Net Banking from any bank or by using Visa/Master/RuPay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment.
