UPSC Recruitment 2022: Multiple Posts On Offer, Salary As Per 7th Pay Commission   

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a recruitment advertisement to fill up multiple vacancies on permanent basis in the pay matrix as per the seventh Central Pay Commission (CPC). 

Vacancy Details:

Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mechanical) – 23 posts 
System Analyst in UPSC – 6 posts 

Technical Officer (Public Health Engineering) – 4 posts
Driller-in-Charge – 3 posts
Assistant Executive Engineer (Electronics) – 3 posts
Assistant Editor (Telugu) – 1 post 
Photographic Officer – 1 post 
Scientist ‘B’ (Toxicology) – 1 post 
Senior Lecturer (General Medicine) – 1 post
Senior Lecturer (General Surgery) – 1 post
Senior Lecturer (Tuberculosis & Respiratory Diseases) – 1 post

The application process for the recruitment drive is currently underway. The closing date for submission of online recruitment application through official website of UPSC is March 31, 2022. The last date for printing of completely submitted online application is upto April 1, 2022 (11:59 pm).

How to Apply: 

Candidates must apply online through the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.

Application Fee: 

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 25 only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card. No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.  

Salary:

Pay Scale: Level - 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.
