UPSC Recruitment 2022: Commission Announces Fresh Vacancies In 7th CPC Scale

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a new recruitment notification inviting applications for the recruitment to multiple posts in the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) scale.

The closing date for submission of online recruitment application through ORA website is 23:59 hrs on 14.04.2022. The last date for printing of completely submitted online application is up to 23:59 hrs on 15.04.2022.

UPSC Recruitment 2022 Vacancy Details

Five vacancies for the post of Assistant Engineer (NQA) - Electrical in Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval), (DGQA), Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence (OBC-01, EWS-01, UR-03). 

Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Age Limit: 30 years

Essential Qualification: Degree in Engineering in the disciplines of Electrical or Electronics.

Two vacancies for the post of Junior Technical Officer, Integrated Headquarters (Navy), Directorate of Civilian Personnel, Ministry of Defence (SC-01, OBC-01). 

Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.

Age Limit: 40 years for SCs and 38 years for OBCs

Essential Qualification: Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics and Communication or Marine or Naval Architecture or Industrial Engineering from a recognised University or institute.

One vacancy for the post of Lecturer (Chinese) in School of Foreign Languages (SFL), New Delhi, Directorate of Personnel, Ministry of Defence (UR-01).

Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. 

Age Limit: 35 years. 

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Chinese language from a recognised University or Institution. 

One vacancy for the post of Assistant Director (Fishing Harbour), Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying (UR-01).

Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. 

Age Limit: 35 years

Essential Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or Institute.

One vacancy for the post of Assistant Director in Computer & System Division in National Crime Records Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs (UR-01).

Pay Scale: Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. 

Age Limit: 40 years

Essential Qualification: Masters Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or M. Tech (with specialization in Computer Applications) or BE / B.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology from a recognised University or Institute. One vacancy for the post of Assistant Director (Engineering), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (UR-01).

Pay Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. 

Age Limit: 30 years. 

Essential Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University or Institute.
