Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed a Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institute. Candidates can check details about their educational qualifications and age limit through the official notification.

Age Limit

• Joint Secretary level post: 40-45 years

• Director level post: 35-40 years

• Deputy Secretary level post: 32-40 years

Pay Scale

• Joint Secretary level post: Pay will be fixed at the minimum of Pay Level-14 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC (approximate gross salary would be around Rs 2,66,000)

• Director level post: Pay will be fixed at the minimum of Pay Level-13 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC (approximate gross salary would be around Rs 2,18,000)

• Deputy Secretary level post: Pay will be fixed at the minimum of Pay Level-12 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC (approximate gross salary would be around Rs 1,43,000)
