UPSC ESE 2025 Registration Begins: Apply by October 8, modification window opens October 9

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has commenced the registration process for the Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2025 starting from September 18, 2024. 

Interested candidates can apply through the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in. 

The deadline for applications is October 8, 2024. A modification window will be available from October 9 to October 15, 2024.

This recruitment drive aims to fill 232 posts, including 12 vacancies reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)—7 for Locomotor Disabilities (including Leprosy cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack victims, and Muscular Dystrophy) and 5 for Hard of Hearing. Please note that the number of vacancies may be subject to change.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not older than 30 years as of January 1, 2025. This means applicants should have been born between January 2, 1995, and January 1, 2004.

Application Fee

The application fee is Rs 200 for all candidates. However, Female candidates, SC/ST candidates, and PwBD candidates are exempt from the fee. 

The fee can be paid via the State Bank of India (SBI) branches, Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Cards, UPI Payment, or Internet Banking.
