The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has come up with the reserve list for the Civil Services Examination, 2021 and recommended 63 candidates to fill up the remaining posts. 

The names and roll numbers of the 63 candidates have been made available on the official website of UPSC i.e. http//www.upsc.gov.in.

The result of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2021 was declared on May 30, 2022 recommending 685 candidates in order of merit for appointment to IAS, IFS, IPS and Central Services Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ against 749 vacancies.

After the declaration of results, the Commission, in accordance with the Rule 20 (4) & (5) of the Civil Services Examination Rules, was maintaining a consolidated reserve list in order of merit below the last recommended candidate under the respective categories. 

"As sought by the Department of Personnel & Training, the Commission has now recommended 63 candidates which include 46 General, 12 OBC, 04 EWS and 01 SC, to fill up the remaining posts based on the Civil Services Examination, 2021. Particulars of these candidates are included herewith. The candidates so recommended will be intimated directly by the DOP&T," the commission said in a notice. 

"The candidature of 03 (three) candidates bearing Roll No. 0513127, 0823523 and 6628870 are provisional," it added.
