The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2022 on its website (https://upsconline.nic.in).

Candidates who have qualified the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2022 now have to apply again in the Detailed Application Form-I for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2022. The DAF-I will be available on the official website from July 6, 2022 to July 15, 2022 till 6 pm.

The Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2022 was held on 05-06-2022 and the result was declared on 22.06.2022.

"All the qualified candidates are required to fill up/submit the DAF-I online for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2022. Important instructions for filling up of the DAF-I and its submission are also available on the website," the UPSC said. 

"The candidates who have been declared successful have to first get themselves registered on the relevant page of the above website before filling up the online DAF-I. The qualified candidates are further advised to refer to the EXAMINATION NOTICE No.05/2022-CSP dated 02.02.2022 and Rules of the Civil Services Examination, 2022 published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) of Department of Personnel and Training Notification dated 02.02.2022," the Commission said. 

"It may be noted that as per Rules of Civil Services Examination-2022, no request for submission of the DAF-I and documents beyond the prescribed date shall be entertained and non-submission of the same within the said time period will lead to cancellation of the candidature for the CSE-2022," the Commission added.
