The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published the final result of the Civil Services Examination, 2021. Candidates can check their result on the official website of UPSC i.e. http//www.upsc.gov.in.

Shruti Sharma bearing the roll number 0803237 has emerged as all India topper while Ankita Agarwal secured second position. Gamini Singla has been adjudged the third topper. 

This year, all the four top slots have gone to women. The AIR 4 was secured by Aishwarya Verma.  

Karthik Panigrahi of Odisha has bagged AlR 63 while Biswa Bisruta Tripathy secured 232 spot, Samir Kumar Jena (273) and Soumyaranjan Pradhan (306).

Of the successful candidates, 244 are from general category, 73 from Economically Weaker Sections , 203 of Other Backward Classes, 105 Scheduled Caste and 60 from the Scheduled Tribes.

The written part of Civil Services Examination, 2021 was conducted by the UPSC in January, 2022 and the interviews for Personality Test were held in April-May, 2022. 

A total number of 685 candidates have been recommended for appointment for Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.  

"UPSC has a “Facilitation Counter” near Examination Hall in its campus. Candidates can obtain any information / clarification regarding their examinations / recruitments on the working days between 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours in person or over telephone Nos. 23385271 /23381125 / 23098543," the Commission said. 

The marks of the successful candidates will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of result.
