With the present Covid-19 pandemic situation improving, the IT companies operating in India have entered into a massive hiring spree.

After TCS and Wipro, now French multinational information technology services and consulting company, Capgemini has announced to hire 65,000 employees in the country this year.

With over 1.5 lakh employees, the IT giant is operating at 13 locations in India.

According to the analysis recently conducted by The Indeep Report, the demand for IT professional has increased by 400 per cent.

Moreover, the IT companies are offering 70 to 120 per cent hikes to the full-time engineers, the report said.

Recently, TCS has announced about its biggest recruitment drive for women professionals who are looking for job opportunities after a career gap.

Similarly, Infosys, Wipro and other big IT giants are entering aggressive hiring spree across India.
