The Supreme Court of India is inviting online applications from citizens for recruitment of ex-cadre post of court assistant (Junior Translator). 

The submission of online applications for the posts will commence from April 18, 2022 and continue till May 14, 2022.

A total of 25 posts including two posts each in Odia, Assamese, Bengali, Telugu, Gujarati, Urdu, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Manipuri, Punjabi and one post in Nepali will be filled up. 

Salary:

Level-7 of Pay Matrix with initial basic pay of Rs 44,900 plus other allowances (approximate gross salary with HRA is Rs 76,905 per month) as admission under the rules. 

Essential Qualifications and Experience: 

Graduate from recognised university with English & respective vernacular language as subjects. 

Two years experience in translation work from English to respective vernacular language and vice-versa in any government or reputed private institution. 

Proficiency in computer operations and knowledge of relevant office packages viz., word processing in English language and respective vernacular language. 

Age Requirement:

The candidates should he below 32 years as on 1.1.2021. Usual relaxation in age will be admissible to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.
