SSC steno recruitment 2022: Application begins today for Grade C, D exam; check important details

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Saturday released an important notice for the Stenographer Grade “C” and “D” Examination, 2022.

As per the SSC notice, the aspirants can submit online applications from today (August 20) and the last date is September 5, 2022.

While the last date for generating offline chalan is September 5, the last date for making online fee payment is September 6. The Computer Based Examination is scheduled to be held in November 2022.

As per the SSC notice, the vacancies will be determined in due course. Updated vacancy position will be uploaded on the website of the Commission.

“Vacancies of Stenographer Grade C and Stenographer Grade D are in Ministries/Departments/Organizations of Central Government, including their Attached and Subordinate offices located in various States and Union Territories all over the country,” the notice read.

Application Fee:

Fee payable: Rs 100

Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation areexempted from payment of fee.

How to apply: Applications are required to be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC Headquarters https://ssc.nic.in.
