SSC Recruitment 2023: Notification out for over 1200 Stenographer posts, check details

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published an official notification regarding the recruitment of Stenographer.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts through the official website of SSC Headquarters, i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.

The application process has already commenced and the last date to apply for the post is August 23.

SSC Recruitment Details

Total Vacancy: 1,207 posts

• Stenographer Grade 'C': 93 posts

• Stenographer Grade 'D': 1,114 posts

Age Limit

• Stenographer Grade ‘C’: 18 to 30 years as on August 1, 2023

• Stenographer Grade ‘D’: 18 to 27 years as on August 1, 2023

Permissible relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed the 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognised Board or University.

Application Fee

Fee payable: Rs 100. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
