SSC JE Recruitment 2023: Application process begins for 1,324 posts, check details 

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published an official notification regarding the recruitment of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical).

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts through the official website of SSC Headquarters, i.e. https://ssc.nic.in.

The application process commenced today and the last date to apply for the post is August 16.

Total Vacancy: 1,324 posts

• SC candidates: 206 posts

• ST candidates: 96 posts

• OBC candidates: 288 posts

• EWS candidates: 121 posts

• UR candidates: 613 posts

Educational Qualification

For being eligible to apply, candidates must have passed Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institute.

Age Limit

The age limit varies from post to post, candidates are advised to check the official notification.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates are likely to be paid Rs 35,400 – Rs 1,12,400 of the pay matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission.

Application Fee

Fee payable: Rs 100 (Rupees one hundred only). Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities 13 (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
