SSC Closes Correction Window for SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2024 on August 11

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the online correction window for the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2024 on Sunday, August 11. 

This is the last opportunity for candidates to make changes to their Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024 application form on the official website, ssc.gov.in.

Candidates who wish to make modifications to their SSC CGL online application form can follow these steps:

• Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in

• On the homepage, click on the "Apply Online" link

• Enter your login details and click on "Submit"

• Make the necessary changes in the application form and submit it

• Download the confirmation page and keep a printed copy for future reference

The SSC had previously issued a notice urging candidates to utilize the 'Window for Application Form Correction' for any needed corrections or changes in their already submitted application forms.

The notice also mentioned that any requests for changes or corrections after the expiration of this correction window, through any mode of communication such as post, fax, email, or by hand, will not be entertained by the Commission and will be summarily rejected.

Additionally, the SSC opened the correction window for the Combined Graduate Level Examination on August 10, 2024. 

The online registration for the exam began on June 24 and was open until July 27, 2024.

The SSC CGL Tier I examination is scheduled to take place from September 9 to September 26, 2024. 

The Commission plans to fill approximately 17,727 vacancies through this recruitment exam. Following the two-tier computer-based examination (CBE), candidates will undergo a document verification round, with the user departments conducting the verification after the final results are announced.
