The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has further postponed release of notification for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Exam 2022. The notification will now be released on December 6, the commission said.

Eligible candidates will be able to download the notification from the official website of SSC, i.e. ssc.nic.in.

“Candidates are informed that the Notice Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2022 which was tentatively scheduled to be published on November 5, 2022, is now rescheduled to be published on December 6, 2022," read the official notification.

The examination for Tier-I which was earlier scheduled in February-March 2023 is also likely to be postponed.

The recruitment process through Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (CHSL) Examination 2022 will fill up vacancies of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operator (DEO).

The age of applicants should be between 18 and 27 years.

Application fee payable is Rs 100. Women candidates and applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
