SSC CGL Exam 2021: Apply For Various Group B, C Govt Jobs; Check Eligibility, Important Dates

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the Tier 1 examination of the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2021 (SSC CGL).

The SSC will hold the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2021 for filling up of various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations of Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc. Vacancies will be determined in due course.

Updated vacancy position will be uploaded on the website of the Commission, SSC said in a notification.

Details Dates for submission of online applications: 23-12-2021 to 23-01-2022

Last date and time for receipt of online applications: 23-01-2022 (23:30)

Last date and time for making online fee payment: 25-01-2022 (23:30)

Last date and time for generation of offline Challan: 26-01-2022 (23:30)

Last date for payment through Challan (during working hours of Bank): 27-01-2022

Dates of ‘Window for Application Form Correction’ including online payment: 28-01-2022 to 01-02-2022 (23:30)

Schedule of Computer Based Examination (Tier-I): April, 2022

Dates of Tier-II Examination (CBE) & Descriptive Paper (Tier-III): To be notified later

Age Limit:

For the posts for which age limit is 18-27 years: Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1995 and not later than 01-01-2004.

For the posts for which age limit is 20-30 years: Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1992 and not later than 01-01-2002.

For the posts for which age limit is 18-30 years: Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1992 and not later than 01-01-2004.

For the post for which age limit is 18-32 years: Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-2004.

How to Apply:

Applications must be submitted only in online mode at the website of SSC Headquarter i.e. https://ssc.nic.in. Last date and time for submission of online applications is 23-01-2022 (23:30).

Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit the online application much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the SSC website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.

Application Fee: Fee payable: Rs 100 Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
