South Eastern Railway Recruitment 2023: Apply for apprentice posts by Dec 28

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) South Eastern Railway has issued a notification, calling for applications for apprentice positions. 

The application process is currently underway, and candidates can submit their applications until December 28.

Educational Qualifications

The minimum educational qualification required is matriculation (Matriculate or 10th class in the 10+2 examination system) from a recognised Board, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (excluding additional subjects). 

Additionally, candidates must possess an ITI Pass certificate in the trade for which the apprenticeship is intended, granted by the NCVT/SCVT.

Age Limit

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and should not exceed 24 years of age as of January 1, 2024. 

Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC candidates and 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates.

Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay Rs 100 as an application and processing fee. SC/ST/EWS/Divyang (PwBD)/Women candidates are exempted from payment of processing fee.
