SOSS-IGNOU to recruit full time consultant on contractual basis, check details

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has invited applications from eligible candidates for one post (Full-Time, Contractual) Consultant in the Centre for Gandhi and Peace Studies in the School of Social Sciences (SOSS).

As per the advertisement, the position will be initially for a period of six months, extendable further as per the requirement of the University.

The last date for submission of application is July 31, 2022.

Vacancy Details:

Academic Consultant:1 post

Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000 to Rs. 60,000

Educational Qualification and Desirable Experience: Ph.D. in any Discipline of Social Sciences Master's Degree in any Discipline of Social Science with minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC without creamy layer/differently-abled)

Teaching/Research experience of up to 2 years in social sciences (Desirable)

The post is purely contractual and person selected will have no right whatsoever to absorption/regularization in University.
