SFIO Recruitment 2023: Apply for Consultant and Young Professional posts, salary upto Rs 2.65 lakh 

The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) has issued a recruitment notification for the positions of Consultant and Young Professional. 

Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their applications via the official SFIO website at sfio.gov.in. 

The application deadline falls within 21 days from the date of the advertisement's publication, which was on October 18, 2023.

Total Vacancy: 91 posts

• Sr. Consultant: 3 posts

• Jr. Consultant: 62 posts

• Young Professional: 26 posts

Educational Qualification

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the pertinent field from a recognised university or institution. Certain positions may necessitate a CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification or a PhD.

Period of Engagement

Consultants will initially be engaged for a term of three years, extendable for an additional two years on a case-by-case basis. The maximum period of engagement of consultants shall be five years or till attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. 

However, the period of engagement would be subject to successful review after every six months.

Background

Consultants will be stationed at SFIO's Headquarters in Delhi or one of its Regional Offices, where they will carry out tasks designated by the Competent Authority of SFIO. The expected posting locations include Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

Pay Scale

• Young Professional (Law): Rs 60,000

• Jr. Consultant (Law): Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,45,000

• Young Professional (Financial Analysis/Forensic Audit): Rs 60,000

• Jr. Consultant (Financial Analysis/Forensic Audit): Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,45,000

• Sr. Consultant (Financial Analysis/Forensic Audit): Rs 1,45,000 to Rs 2,65,000

• Jr. Consultant (Banking & General Administration): Rs 80,000 to Rs 1,45,000
