The South East Central Railway (SECR) has announced recruitment for Apprentice posts.
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can submit their applications online via the official website of Apprenticeship India at apprenticeshipindia.org.
The registration process has already commenced and the last date to submit the application form is May 2, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for apprentice posts must have successfully completed the 10th class examination under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Additionally, candidates should have completed an I.T.I course in the relevant trade from a recognised institution.
Age Limit
The age of the candidate should fall between 15 to 24 years as on April 2, 2024.
Selection Process
The selection process involves calculating the average percentage marks obtained by the candidates in both the matriculation and I.T.I examination, giving equal weightage to both. Selected candidates may be required to provide a medical certificate during the document verification process.
General Instruction
If a candidate belongs to the SC/ST/OBC community, they are required to upload a recent caste certificate issued by the competent authority on the aforementioned web portal. Additionally, candidates should ensure that their Aadhar is verified.
