The Directorate of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Research and Training Institute (SCSTRTI) has invited online applications from eligible candidates to undertake research projects.

SCSTRTI has been assigned to carry out a research study titled ‘Change detection study on millet-based food habit of tribal people in Odisha’ approved by the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment, Government of Odisha.

The directorate said that the engagements are purely assignment specific, temporary and are not regular engagement.

2. Research Associate – 1 (For 12 Months)

3. Research Assistant –  3 (For 10 Months)

4. Data Analyst– 1 (For 12 Months)

Title of the Project: Change detection study on millet-based food habit of tribal people in Odisha

Project Duration: 12 Months

Applicants are advised to download the Terms of Reference (ToR) from the Odisha Government Portal www.stscodisha.gov.in and official website of SCSTRI www.scstrti.in to know details about the positions. The applicants need to submit their applications in the prescribed application format uploaded on the websites so as to reach the undersigned on or before December 12, 2022 by speed post or registered post.

“For the short-listed candidates there will be an interaction/interview with the expert team of SCSTRTI for the concerned Research Project on the basis of which the selection will be done,” the official advertisement read.
