SAIL Recruitment 2023: Apply for manager posts by April 24

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has published an official recruitment for the recruitment of managers.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official site of SAIL at sail.co.in.

The application process is underway and the last date to apply for the posts is till April 24, 2023.

Total Vacancy: 10 posts

• Manager (Coal, Coke and Chemical: 1 post

• Manager (Civil & Structural): 2 posts

• Manager (Electrical): 2 posts

• Manager (Mechanical): 2 posts

• Manager (Technology- Iron & Sinter/ Steel/ Rolling Mills): 2 posts

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed BE/BTech in a relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institute.

Age Limit

The age of candidates must not exceed 35 years as on April 24, 2023.

Pay Scale

Candidates selected for the above posts shall be considered for regular employment in E-3 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs 80,000 – 3% – Rs 2,20,000.
In addition to Basic Pay and Industrial DA, they shall also be entitled to get Perquisites under cafeteria approach, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, free Medical Treatment for self and family etc., as per rules of the Company. In addition, House Rent Allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available.

CTC will be approximately Rs.22 Lakhs per annum (excluding PRP, location based allowances etc.) at minimum of E-3 grade.

Selection process

The selection to the posts will be done through written test or interview or both. The same shall be intimated to the eligible candidates through admit card/ call letter, email/SMS and SAIL website. If written test will be done, the call letter will be available in SAIL website for downloading.
