RRC SCR recruitment 2025: Apply 61 posts under sports quota

Railway Recruitment Cell, RRC has published an official notification for the recruitment of individuals under sports quota in South Central Railway.

Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website of South Central Railway at www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in.

The application process is underway and the last date to file the application form is February 3, 2025.

• Scr, Headquarters, Secunderabad Quota: 21 posts

• Headquarters Quota: 10 posts

• Secunderabad Division: 5 posts

• Hyderabad Division: 5 posts

• Vijayawada Division: 5 posts

• Guntur Division: 5 posts

• Guntakal Division: 5 posts

• Nanded Division: 5 posts

Age Limit

The age of candidate must be between 18 years and 25 years as on January 1, 2025. There is no relaxation in lower or upper age limit for any category of candidates.

Educational Qualification

For posts with a Grade Pay of Rs 1800, candidates must have completed Matriculation (10th pass), ITI, or an equivalent qualification, along with a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. For posts with a Grade Pay of Rs 1900/2000, candidates must have completed the 12th (+2 stage) or an equivalent examination.

Application Fee

• For all candidates (excluding SC/ST/Women/Minorities & Economically Backward Classes): Rs 500

• For candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women/Minorities & Economically Backward Classes: Rs 250

How to Fill The Application Form

• Visit the RRC, SCR, Secunderabad website at https://www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in

• Click on the "Sports Quota (Open Advt.) 2024-25" notification

• Click on the "New Registration" link

• Enter your personal information, including your personal email ID and mobile number (use your personal email and mobile number as all recruitment-related information will be sent to these)

• After submitting the required details, an email/SMS with your registration number and password will be sent to the registered email ID/mobile number

• Check your registered email inbox/SMS to retrieve the registration number and password

• Log in using the registration number and password

• Fill out the application form, upload the required documents, pay the application fee, and click "Submit" to complete the application process
