RRC Recruitment 2024: Southern Railway to recruit 2860 apprentices, check how you can apply

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Southern Railway has released a notification inviting applications for apprentice positions. 

As of now, the application process is ongoing, and candidates have the opportunity to submit their applications until February 28.

Educational Qualification

Prospective candidates should have successfully completed Class 10th or Class 12th with a minimum of 50% marks and possess an ITI in the specified trade.

Age Limit

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and should not exceed 22 years for Freshers or 24 years for Ex-ITI and MLT positions. The upper age limit can be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, and 10 years for Persons with Disability (PwBD).

Application Fee

A non-refundable application and processing fee of Rs 100 is required. However, SC/ST/EWS/Divyang (PwBD)/Women candidates are exempted from paying the processing fee.
