RRC-CR Recruitment 2023: Apply for 62 sports quota posts, check details

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has invited online applications from interested applicants for recruitment against sports quota under the jurisdiction of Central Railways for the year 2023-24.

Applicants can submit their applications on official website of Central Railway i.e. www.rrccr.com.

The application process has already commenced and the last date to apply for the post is October 17.

• Level-5/4: 5 posts 

• Level-3/2: 16 posts 

• Level-1: 41 posts

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Class 10th/Class 12th from recognised Board/Institute.

Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of January 1, 2024. Only individuals born between January 1, 1999, and January 1, 2006 (inclusive) are eligible to apply. Those born on or before December 31, 1998, or on or after January 2, 2006, are not eligible to apply. There are no age limit relaxations for any candidate from any community.

Selection Process

The selection process involves inviting all eligible candidates to participate in a trial. Following the trial, only candidates who demonstrate fitness and skill by achieving a score of 25 or higher out of 40, which encompasses game skill, physical fitness, and the coach's observations, will be considered for the subsequent stage of recruitment. Candidates who are deemed "NOT FIT" by the Trial Committee will not undergo further assessment by the Recruitment Committee.

For candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Disability/Women/Minorities and Economic Backward Class: Rs 250
For all other candidates: Rs 500
