Zone-Wise Candidates Qualified In RRB NTPC CBT-1

A total of 73, 320 candidates have qualified from RRB Mumbai division while 1,193 from RRB Guwahati, 20,789 from RRB Patna, 35, 488 from RRB Ajmer, 64,693 from RRB Secunderabad, 20,495 from RRB Ahmedabad.

Similarly, as many as 4,882 candidates from RRB Bangalore, 1,441 from RRB Bhubaneswar, 5,624 from RRB Bilaspur, 12,028 from RRB Chennai, and 1,001 from RRB Siliguri.

As the selection of candidates for the RRB NTPC will be held in three phases, the qualified candidates in CBT 1 (score of which is used for shortlisting candidates for CBT-2, based on merit) will now appear for the CBT 2, and those who all clear it too, will be called for interview.

However, it seems several candidates are not happy with the cut-off marks. "Selection is done post wise, it is  injustice. Rrb CBT 1 is only qualifying in nature. 1:20 means around 7 lakh aspirants are to be selected, but here only 2 lakh are selected. Revised Results must be published," said a Twiterrati.

"Why 7 lakhs students  are not qualify for CBT-2. The rate of CI is so high for rrb ntpc post. Must release revised result," tweeted another user.
