Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have an engineering degree in the relevant field and possess the required work experience as specified for each position they are applying for. The applicants should have passed the degree with minimum aggregate of 60%. However, for reserved category candidates, it is 50%.

Age Limit

The age limit for various positions is as follows: candidates applying for the Engineer position should be between 31 years of age, for the Assistant Manager role, the age should not exceed 32 years, while applicants for the Manager position should be under 35 years. For the Senior Manager role, the maximum age limit is 38 years. These age limits ensure that applicants meet the required experience and qualifications for the respective roles.

Application Fee

The application fee for candidates is structured based on their category. General and OBC candidates are required to pay an amount of Rs 600 along with applicable taxes. On the other hand, EWS, SC/ST, and PWD candidates have a reduced fee of Rs 300 plus applicable taxes.

Selection Procedure

Eligible candidates will be subjected to a written test following which they will be shortlisted for document scrutiny and Interview. The selection process will have a weightage distribution across various parameters. The written test will account for 60% of the total weightage, while the interview will contribute 40%. In the interview, technical and professional proficiency will hold a weightage of 30%, and personality, communication, and competency will contribute 10%.
