RFCL Recruitment: Apply for Management Trainee posts by March 14

Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) is currently accepting applications for Management Trainee positions. 

The application process started on February 14, and candidates have until March 14 to submit their applications.

• UR Candidates: 18 posts

• ST Candidates: 1 posts

• OBC (NCL) Candidates: 2 posts

• EWS Candidates: 7 posts    

Educational Qualification

To be eligible to apply, candidates must have passed BE, BTech, BSc Engineering, LLB or MBA from recognised University or Institute.

Age Limit

The minimum age requirement is 18 years, while the maximum age for Engineering Graduates is set at 25 years. For candidates with MBAs/Postgraduates, the maximum age limit is 29 years under the UR (Unreserved) category.

Cut Off Date

The cut-off date for meeting age criterion and possession of minimum educational qualification shall be February 29, 2024 and will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason whatsoever.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on a merit list arranged according to the total marks obtained out of 100. This includes the written test score out of 80 (pro-rated) and the performance in the interview, which carries a weightage of 20 marks.

Application Fee

Non - refundable Application Fee of Rs 700 plus Bank Charges as applicable are required to be paid by UR, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form through online mode only.
