Recruitment for 9000 RPF constable posts: Ministry of Railways issues statement

The Ministry of Railways and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) on Friday issued a statement regarding some messages in media regarding recruitment of 9,000 posts of constables.

The Ministry of Railways and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) on Friday issued a statement regarding some messages in media regarding recruitment of 9,000 posts of constables.

Terming it to be a ‘fictitious message’, the Ministry of Railways and RPF stated that no such notification has been issued. “A fictitious message is being circulated in media regarding recruitment of 9000 posts for constables in Railway Protection Force (RPF).

It is hereby informed that no such notification has been issued by RPF or Ministry of Railways on their official websites or through any print or electronic media,” the statement read.
