RCF Recruitment 2024: Apply for 15 posts under sports quota

Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, is accepting applications from Sportspersons for recruitment under the sports quota. 

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online via the official website of RCF at rcf.indianrailways.gov.in.

The application process is underway and the last date to apply is till February 19, 2024.

Total Vacancy: 15 posts

• Basket Ball: 2 posts

• Wrestling: 4 posts

• Cross Country: 3 posts

• Football: 6 posts

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the positions, applicants must have completed Class 10, possess an ITI qualification, or hold an equivalent qualification such as the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT. The age of the candidates should fall within the range of 18 to 25 years.

It's important to note that there are no reserved posts for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories.

Application Fee

The application fee for all candidates is Rs 500, while candidates falling under the SC/ST/E-servicemen/PwD/Women/Minorities/Economic Backward Class categories are required to pay Rs 250. 
Minority candidates seeking exemption or refund from the application fee must submit a 'self-declaration' in the specified format A during the document verification process. Minorities, in this context, include Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, and Zoroastrians (Parsis).
