PGIMER recruitment 2022: Apply for 256 Group A, B, C posts, check details

Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh has invited applications from eligible candidates for selection to Group A, B and C posts.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the official site of PGIMER i.e. pgimer.edu.in.

The registration process has already commenced on November 1 and will close on November 28.

• Assistant Administrative Officer: 1

• Nursing Officer: 195

• Store Keeper: 1, Level-6 

• Jr. Lab Technician: 10, 

• Jr. Technician (X-ray): 2

• Junior Speech Therapist: 1

• Medical Record Technician: 2

• Jr. Administrative Assistant (LDC): 37

• CSR Assistant Grade-II: 2

• Laboratory Attendant Grade-II: 2

• Manifold Technician Grade-IV: 2

Educational Qualification

Interested candidate should poses 10th/12th/Diploma/BSc/MBBS/MBA from a recognised board and council.

Age limit

The age of the candidate should be between 18 years to 45 years. The relaxation in upper age limit for the reserved categories is as per government rule.

Pay scale

The pay scale is according to the levels

• Level-10 (Rs 56,100- 1,77,500/-)

• Level-7 (Rs 44,900- 1,42,400/-)

• Level-6 (Rs 35,400- 1,12,400/-)

• Level-4 (Rs 25,500- 81,100/-)

• Level-2 (Rs 19,900- 63,200/-)

Selection Process

Candidates who have successfully submitted their online application will be allowed to appear in the online computer-based test (CBT). 

The minimum qualifying/eligibility criteria for CBT and interview separately will be 40% marks for General/EWS category and 35% marks for SC/ST/OBC categories respectively.

Application fee

• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted from payment of fee.
• SC/ST category: Rs 800
• For all others including General/OBC/EWS: Rs 1,500

Examination centers

Applicants should indicate his/her choice of the city of examination at the time of filling the online application form. The city of examination shall be allotted on first-come first-serve basis subject to the availability of nodes in the respective city.
