PGCIL recruitment: Vacancies notified for company secretary professionals, check details

POWERGRID, one of the largest transmission utilities in the world and a Maharatna Enterprise of the Centre, is looking for professionals with experience in Company Secretariat for engagement on short term contract basis.

As per the advertisement, six posts will be filled up under the current recruitment drive.

“The engagement shall be purely on temporary & contract basis for a period of two years. The contractual period may be further extended depending on the requirement as well as performance of the individual subject to maximum total period of 5 years engagement,” the advertisement read.

Vacancy Details:

Company Secretary Professional (On Contract): 6 posts

Essential Educational Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Post Educational Qualification Experience: At least 1 year in company secretariat of any unlisted / listed company (internship / training shall not be counted as experience).

Upper Age Limit: 29 Years as on 07.08.2022. Reservations as per rules applicable.

Compensation: Monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs. 30,000-3%-1,20,000 with initial basic pay of Rs.30,000/- +IDA + HRA + Perks @ 35% of basic pay. Application window shall be open from 15.07.2022 to 07.08.2022.
