PGCIL announces vacancies for HR Trainees, salary upto Rs 1.40 lakh

The Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL), a Maharatna Enterprise of the Government of India, has invited applications for the recruitment of HR Trainees through UGC NET December 2022.

The registration process will start on February 11. Interested candidates can apply for the post on or before March 3 by visiting the official website at www.powergrid.in.

Educational Qualification

Interested candidates should have two years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Social Work (with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations)/ HRM and Labour Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare from recognsed University/Institute with not less than 60% marks.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate must not be exceeding 28 years as on December 31, 2022.

Age Relaxation

• For OBC(NCL) candidates: 3 years

• For SC/ ST candidates: 5 years

• For PwBD candidates: 10 years

Package

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 40,000 - 3% - Rs 1,40,000 during the one-year training period. 

They shall be paid a stipend in the form of Basic Pay of Rs 40,000 along with IDA, HRA and Perks @12% of basic pay during the training period.
