OSSSC jobs: Registration for 4070 district cadre posts to end soon, apply now

The mega recruitment drive by the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) to fill up 4070 district cadre posts of nursing officer is currently underway. Online applications are being invited through OSSSC's official website-www.osssc.gov.in

As per the official advertisement, the registration and re-registration process which commenced on May 14 is going to end on June 7, 2022. However, candidates can submit their online applications till June 12, 2022. 

Candidates selected through the recruitment drive will be engaged in 30 district establishments and 13 medical college and hospitals under the health and family welfare department of Odisha.

The appointment to the posts will be made initially as initial appointee on monthly remuneration of Rs 15,000. After regularization of the job, the appointee will draw salary in the pay scale of Rs 29200-92300 (Pay matrix level 8, Cell-1).

In order to be eligible, the candidates must have passed Plus 2 or equivalent with diploma in GNM/BSc nursing from any medical college and hospital.   

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 38 years as on the date of advertisement. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC/ Women category.
