The Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has released the admission letters or admit card for candidates who are set to appear in the upcoming combined recruitment examination 2021. 

The combined recruitment examination will be conducted on January 30, 2022 (Sunday) at test centres across all districts. The OSSSC is recruiting eligible and aspiring candidates to fill up 2841 Group C posts at various district establishments. As per the schedule, the written test will be held for three hours from 11 am to 2 pm.  

“Admission letters for the written test of Combined Recruitment Examination—2021 for Group-C posts are available in the website of the commission www.osssc.govin. The candidates are advised to download (the admit card) by using their user ID and Password to appear in the examination,” the Commission said in a notice.  

“No hard-copy of admission letter will be sent to any candidate by post. Candidates are advised to visit the website of the Commission regularly for all necessary updates,” it added. 

The OSSSC, through the Combined Recruitment Examination, aims to fill up 529 posts of Statistical Field Surveyor, 576 Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI), 538 Amin, 806 Forest Guard and 392 Excise Constable.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Tests, Physical Standard Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test.
The appointment to the posts shall be made initially on contractual basis on consolidated monthly remuneration and will be considered for regularisation as per the terms and conditions of the Odisha Group-C and Group-D Posts (Contractual Appointment) Rules, 2013.

While Statistical Field Surveyor and Amin will draw a monthly salary of Rs 8,750, ARI, Forest Guard and Excise Constable will get Rs 8880 per month.
