The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has rescheduled the registration and online application process for recruitment of 7540 regular teachers in government Secondary Schools.
While the online registration was supposed to begin on December 11, the process has now been deferred by one day to December 12. The OSSC attributed the change in the schedule to technical issues.
“The online registration/submission of online application form for the post of Regular Teachers for Government Secondary Schools under the S&ME Department, Odisha, will start from 12/12/2022 and continue up to 10/01/2023 instead of 11/12/2022 to 09/01/2023 due to some technical issues,” the OSSC said.
Interested candidates can apply for the posts through the official website, www.ossc.gov.in.
As many as 1419 TGT PCM posts, 1205 TGT CBZ posts, 1352 Hindi teacher posts, 723 Sanskrit teacher posts, 841 Physical Education teacher posts, 6 Telugu Teacher posts and 24 Urdu teacher posts are available under the recruitment drive.
The preliminary examination for selection of candidates will be tentatively conducted in February 2023.
