OSSC Releases Notice For Physical Education Teacher Main Written Exam

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) on Tuesday released an important notice regarding the main written examination for recruitment to the post of Physical Education Teacher (PET) 2019 under Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha.

As per the notice, the main written examination will be held at Bhubaneswar on March 2, 2022. The written examination (CBRE) will be held for –General Studies (50 marks) and CPEd Course (50 marks). The candidates will have to answer 100 questions during the examination.

The duration of the examination is one and half hours. OSSC notice said that the questions carry one mark each. There will be negative marking @0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, like use of sanitizer, social distancing, wearing of 3 (three) layer masks will be strictly adhered to by all concerned during the conduct of the examination.

The candidates are advised to download their Admission Letter from the official website of the Commission- www.ossc.gov.in from February 25 onwards using their user credentials.

“Time, venue and other details of the examination are mentioned in the Admission Letter. Candidates concerned are also advised to be in constant touch with above website of the Commission to know further updates in this regard,” the OSSC notice read.
